All vacuum formed in house by a purpose built commercial vacuum forming machine by a modeller for a modeller. 4 individual vacuum table sizes for optimum performance.

Custom aluminium spinners and cowls hand crafted to your specifications and machined back plates for 2,3 or 4 bladed propellers.
Spinners have no holes or screws visible from the front only around the base plate.
Sizes up to 300 mm in diameter.

Cowls are one piece and can have the cowl flaps spun into the cowl for true scale appearance.
Plugs for cowls are turned on a wood lathe and then transferred to the English purpose built metal spinning lathe and spun from a single aluminium disk to the required shape for outstanding quality.
Sizes up to 300 mm in diameter. Larger sizes available upon request.
