Selling my 75 cc 5 Cylinder UMS radial
I no longer have a need for it
I purchased this from new to put it in my 35cc Waco Bi Plane
Sounded like a god idea at the time !!! Not so !!
The motor has been run in in accordance with the manual and had only a few flights in the model
After lots of work the motor fitted perfect
Just protruding outside the Waco round fusy as they do in real life
Sounded really great . I always wanted a radial !!!
However the Weight ratio of the 35 cc RA to the UMS was a real issue and the amount of weight I added to the Waco
meant big problems in flying and landing
As a result I had to remove it and refit the 35 RA !!!
So I no longer have a need for it
New motor is over 3k to purchase
Happy to pack it if required
Purchaser to pay freight if required
These are great motors and I'm sorry to have to quit it
They sound wonderful
I'm sure it will finish up in someone's scale model Better than I managed !!!!
