Convair B-36 Peacemaker Model – 1/12 Scale – 5.84M Span X 4.11M Long
Electric powered, 6 Motorolfly 4330 Motors with 16X10 3 Blade props and 4 No. 75mm Ducted Fan units. Built from balsa, ply and fibreglass with wings sheeted with G10. Lots of servos, the majority being Hitech 645’s on each of the 6 flaps and on the 4 ailerons with 2 No. Hitech 7955TG’s on Elevators and 1 No. Hitech 5805MG on rudder. Main gear retracts units were custom made by Century Jet in the US with a Custom Retract nose gear unit.
Ready to fly mass is 65Kgs with all batteries on board. Flies really well and looks superb in the sky. Take off run on grass with no wind in about 60M and has excellent climb rate.
Model breaks down into 5 main pieces and comes with custom made carry boxes and assembly manual. All moulds for cowls and “glass” included.
