Born in the 1930's and a two time Nationals winner by 1940, the Bombshell was a legend in it's own time.
The Buzzard Bombshell is one of the most famous aircraft in aeromodelling, and was once the most dreaded contender in free flight circles, and was later converted to RC.
The Bombshell can be stooged around the sky by any beginner on a 35 or 45 size two stroke, or turn it into a homesick angel with a 60 two stroke! She will take off in 10 to 15 feet, and land slow enough to walk beside.
- Wingspan: 72" / 1825mm - Number of channels: 3 - Recommended engine size: 35 - 60 two stroke, 54 four stroke or electric equivalent - Includes full sized rolled plan and the builders original construction article

We are happy to make up a complete wood kit for you, including all of the additional materials listed. Additional wood pack cost for this kit is NZ $81.35
The laser cut short kits include all of the shaped parts in balsa and ply which would normally require the builder to cut them from sheets. Items such as formers, wing ribs and other shaped pieces are all precisely laser cut. This leaves you to purchase only the sticks, spruce or balsa sheets you need to complete the kit, some of which you may already have on-hand.
All kits are proudly made in NZ! We hand select our wood stock for each kitset from the best Balsa Wood from Papua New Guinea and European Plywoods.
* Note that the picture of the complete aircraft is indicative of it's completed appearance. The kitset requires building and supply of all finishing materials & hardware.
