The Super Sportster was originally produced in sizes from 20 to 60 size, and they quickly became popular models due to their outstanding flying characteristics.
We all know the bigger they are, the nicer they fly, so for those who like their aircraft with a 120 four stroke up the front, there's a 72" Super Sportster designed by Jim Feldmann that will be just perfect for 75 to 108 two stroke, or 90 to 120 four stroke power.
If you've soloed anything more than a basic trainer, you can fly this model. With an OS 120 up front it will fly almost any sport aerobatic manoeuvre you can throw at it, and it will still slow right down for landing.

We are happy to make up a complete wood kit for you, including all of the additional materials listed. Additional wood pack cost for this kit is NZ $191.35.
The laser cut short kits include all of the shaped parts in balsa and ply which would normally require the builder to cut them from sheets. Items such as formers, wing ribs and other shaped pieces are all precisely laser cut. This leaves you to purchase only the sticks, spruce or balsa sheets you need to complete the kit, some of which you may already have on-hand.
All kits are proudly made in NZ! We hand select our wood stock for each kitset from the best Balsa Wood from Papua New Guinea and European Plywoods. The CAD design and laser cutting was done by Master Modeller Gwyn Avenell in Auckland.
